Beginning in late March 2019, a series of articles appeared in an online publication called The Hill.

In these articles, several Ukrainian officials -- most notably, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko -- made a series of allegations against other Ukrainian officials and current and former U.S. officials.
